In order to start working with EAC, you need to have Server URL to login. For this, open Command prompt and type the following command:
Check out the "Internal Link", Open Internet Explorer and enter the URL to start Exchange Admin Centre login service.
Meanwhile, it is important to know that you cannot open EAC in any Web Browser or Operating System configuration. Here is a list of supported OS and web browser combination:
Step1: Create a Shared Folder for PST File Access "
The first step is to create a shared folder over network where exported mailbox data will be saved. Meanwhile, assure that shared folder is not created in C:\ folder.
Now, assign full access control to the Exchange Trusted Subsystem (ETS) for the shared folder. Give full control at Share and Security level to the ETS.
Step2: Delegate Import-Export Right to Mailbox
In this example, we will be exporting a mailbox named "Helpdesk" to PST file. By default, no mailbox has permission to export or import a mailbox. Here we will be use EAC interface to delegate rights:
Now when mailbox Exchange export to PST process is finished, the resultant PST can be opened in MS Outlook or imported to Exchange Server.
